For safety, health, or specialized reasons, we do not provide the following services: • Bathtub full of water (please drain before we arrive) • Blood, drugs, guns, dead animals, or hazardous biological material • Cobwebs / dusting above 10 ft ceilings or high fans/lights over 10 ft • Curtains or cotton window coverings (we can offer a quote) • Outside windows (exterior window cleaning) • Tile grout restoration (surface grout cleaning may be attempted) • Beneath heavy furniture (where access is blocked) • Pest removal or rodent cleanup
