Cancellation Policy

Clients can manage their appointments directly through our online booking system, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling services without needing to contact us. Booking Window To ensure proper scheduling and availability: Appointments can be booked as early as 30 days before the start time. Appointments can be booked no later than 12 hours before the start time. Cancellations We understand that plans change. To be fair to our cleaning team: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the online booking system. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time through the online booking system. Reschedule requests made within 12 hours of the appointment time may be declined or subject to a fee. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the service fee. No-shows or 1-hour cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee. Payment Policy All bookings require a valid payment method on file to secure the appointment.
